Georgia Kirtland

I am a trainee on the Oxford Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (2024 - 2027). My first placement is with Northamptonshire Eating Disorder Service.

I completed my BSc in Psychology (2016 - 2019) and MSc in Applied Psychology (2019 - 2020) at Coventry University. Prior to clinical training, I worked as a Research Assistant on the STAR trial which aimed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of trauma-focused CBT for PTSD and psychosis. I have also worked as an Assistant Psychologist in CAMHS and trained and worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in NHS Talking Therapies.

My research and clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health, psychosis, trauma-informed care, and eating disorders.
